Information we handle
When you create or use an account, we handle your email address and the information needed to authenticate your account, show orders, and manage eSIMs. When you contact support, we handle your name, email, order reference (if supplied), topic, and the message you send.
In the Flowsus Android app, you can sign in with Google. Google then shares your email address and a Google account identifier with Flowsus; we do not receive your Google password. If you allow notifications, the app registers a push token from Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging, together with the device platform (Android or iOS), so we can tell you when your eSIM is ready, connected, running low on data, or about to end. You can turn notifications off in the app or in your phone's settings, and the token is removed when you sign out or delete your account. The app does not use advertising identifiers, location, contacts, or photos.
To measure website use, Flowsus creates a random visitor identifier in your browser's local storage and sends it with the page path and referrer, if available.
If you arrive from an advertising link, Flowsus stores the campaign source and, where present, an advertising click identifier (for example Meta's fbclid or TikTok's ttclid) in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days. This only happens if you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit; declining does not affect your ability to purchase. If you accept and later complete a purchase, Flowsus sends a server-side confirmation to the advertising platform you arrived from (Meta and/or TikTok) so the campaign can be measured. This confirmation uses a SHA-256 hash of your email and account identifier, never the plain values, together with the order amount, currency, and, where required by that platform's matching process, your IP address and browser user agent. IP address and user agent are deleted from the order record after 90 days. You can withdraw your choice at any time by clearing cookies for this site. Flowsus does not sell personal information.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, and support accounts, orders, and eSIMs.
- Respond to support requests and investigate issues you report.
- Understand how public pages are used to improve the experience.
- Prevent fraud and misuse and protect the service.
Payments
Payments are completed through Stripe or PayPal, depending on the method you choose. When you choose to pay, you may be redirected to the selected provider, whose handling of data is governed by its own privacy policy. In the Android app, card and Google Pay payments are entered in Stripe's secure payment sheet inside the app; card numbers go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by Flowsus. Flowsus uses the payment information necessary to confirm and manage an order.
Sharing information
We share information when needed to operate the service, such as with payment providers (Stripe and PayPal), Google (for Google sign-in and Firebase Cloud Messaging notifications), our eSIM network partner (which receives the plan and eSIM identifiers needed to issue and activate your eSIM, not your email), and infrastructure providers that help deliver the application. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Flowsus, users, or the public.
Retention and your choices
We retain information for as long as needed to operate accounts, process orders, resolve support requests, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. To request access to or correction of personal information, contact us. You can delete your account yourself at any time, as described below. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for security purposes.
Deleting your Flowsus account
You can delete your Flowsus account, from the Android app or the web, and it takes effect immediately:
- In the Flowsus app: open Profile, tap Delete account at the bottom, type DELETE and confirm.
- On the web: go to app.flowsus.com/?view=delete-account, sign in, type DELETE and confirm.
- If you can no longer sign in, ask us through https://flowsus.com/contact from the email address on the account, and we will delete it within 30 days.
When you delete your account, we erase your email address, your password and Google sign-in link, your sessions, your notifications and notification settings, your devices' push tokens, and the name and phone number on your support requests. You are signed out on every device.
We keep order, payment, refund and wallet records for as long as accounting, tax and anti-fraud rules require, but they are no longer linked to your email or name. eSIMs already installed keep working until their plan ends, but can no longer be managed or topped up through Flowsus. Unused wallet credit and referral rewards are lost. You can later sign up again with the same email as a new account.
