1. Program overview
The Flowsus Partner Program lets approved participants ("Partners") earn a commission for customers they refer who complete a paid order through Flowsus. Every customer with at least one paid order automatically receives a personal referral link and code. Higher-tier partnerships (Partner, KOL) may be granted on request and reviewed manually.
2. Commission and hold period
Commissions are calculated on the net amount actually paid for an order (after any discount), not the list price. A commission becomes PENDING when the referred order is paid, and is approved automatically after a 45-day hold once the order's refund window (30 days) has passed. Approved commissions with a wallet reward are credited to your Flowsus wallet automatically; no request is required.
3. Refunds and clawbacks
If a referred order is refunded, its commission is reversed. If the commission was already paid out as wallet credit, Flowsus will deduct the equivalent amount from your wallet where possible.
4. Prohibited practices
You must not, in connection with this program:
- Bid on, or otherwise advertise against, the "Flowsus" brand name or close misspellings on any search engine or ad platform (including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, or TikTok Ads). Doing so redirects traffic that already intended to purchase from Flowsus and is grounds for immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
- Use spam, unsolicited email, or misleading advertising to promote your referral link.
- List your referral code on coupon-aggregator or deal websites without prior approval.
- Refer yourself, or attempt to generate commissions from your own purchases.
- Misrepresent your relationship with Flowsus or make claims Flowsus has not authorized.
5. Disclosure
Where required by law or platform policy (including FTC guidance in the United States and equivalent rules elsewhere), you must clearly disclose that you receive compensation for referrals made through your link.
6. Termination
Flowsus (operated by Auvyx LLC) may suspend or terminate any Partner account at its discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Commissions earned in good faith prior to termination remain payable under Section 2, subject to the standard refund and clawback rules in Section 3.
7. Changes
Flowsus may update these Terms, commission rates, or the hold period at any time. Continued participation in the program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
