1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of Flowsus and purchases of prepaid travel eSIM data plans from Auvyx LLC. By creating an account, placing an order, or using an eSIM supplied through Flowsus, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service or purchase a plan.
2. Service description
Auvyx LLC, doing business under the Flowsus brand, operates Flowsus as an online storefront for prepaid travel eSIM data plans. Auvyx LLC is the merchant of record, contracting party, reseller, and customer-facing seller for purchases made through Flowsus. Flowsus is a product and trading brand of Auvyx LLC, not a separate legal entity. The underlying eSIM provisioning and mobile connectivity are supplied by upstream eSIM or telecommunications providers and their network partners. For certain fulfilment, eSIM Access is an upstream wholesale/API supplier to Auvyx LLC; it is not the merchant or customer-facing seller to Flowsus customers. Auvyx LLC does not operate a mobile network, own spectrum, or issue telephone numbers.
3. Eligibility and account security
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Contact Flowsus promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Device compatibility
Before purchase, you must confirm that your device supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked, and is compatible with the selected plan and destination. Device compatibility, local network availability, coverage, speed, and hotspot support may vary. Information shown on Flowsus is based in part on supplier information and may change.
5. Orders and payment
Prices, data allowances, validity periods, destinations, and plan features are displayed before purchase. The customer purchases from and makes payment to Auvyx LLC through the payment method offered at the Flowsus checkout. An order is accepted by Auvyx LLC when payment is confirmed and fulfilment begins. Auvyx LLC may reject, cancel, or review an order where required for fraud prevention, sanctions compliance, supplier restrictions, pricing errors, or legal obligations.
6. Digital delivery
eSIMs are delivered digitally through the customer's account, email, QR code, activation details, or another electronic method. No physical product is shipped. The customer must provide accurate contact information and follow the installation instructions. An eSIM may be installable only once and may not be transferable between devices unless the plan specifically allows it.
7. Activation, validity, and data use
Activation and validity rules depend on the selected plan. Some plans begin when installed, while others begin when the device first connects to a supported network. Customers should review the plan details before installation. Unused data generally expires at the end of the stated validity period and is not carried forward unless the plan expressly provides otherwise.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the Flowsus Refund Policy. Auvyx LLC first provides manual support and investigates the order and upstream supplier response. Support may ask the customer to confirm device compatibility, eSIM status, APN settings, data roaming, selected data line, location, screenshots, and error messages. The customer must not delete an installed eSIM unless Flowsus support instructs them to do so. If an eSIM still cannot be provisioned or delivered after reasonable manual support efforts, Auvyx LLC cancels the affected order and initiates a full refund to the customer's original payment method. The time for funds to appear after initiation depends on the payment provider and the customer's financial institution. Because an eSIM is a digital product that may be issued or consumed immediately, refund eligibility in other circumstances may be limited after installation, activation, or data use. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use Flowsus or an eSIM for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, interference with networks, resale without authorisation, or attempts to bypass security or plan restrictions. Upstream-provider and local-network acceptable-use rules may also apply.
10. Service availability
Connectivity depends on the destination, local network, device, terrain, congestion, maintenance, regulation, and other factors outside Auvyx LLC's control. Flowsus does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular speed, or coverage in every location. Where practical, Flowsus will help investigate reported provisioning or connectivity issues.
11. Intellectual property
Flowsus, its branding, website content, software, and documentation are owned by or licensed to Auvyx LLC. These Terms provide a limited right to use the service for its intended purpose and do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Flowsus Privacy Policy. Payment providers and upstream service providers may process information needed to complete payment, fulfil an order, prevent fraud, and provide support.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auvyx LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, or losses caused by unsupported devices, customer configuration, local-network conditions, or events outside its reasonable control. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Changes and termination
Flowsus may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, suppliers, law, or operating practices. The current version will be published on the website with its effective date. Auvyx LLC may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, or where required by law or a service provider.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Auvyx LLC in Kentucky, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer's place of residence.
